This restaurant-with rooms, on the banks of the River Teme in Ludlow, has been
a fixture of the ‘Ludlow phenomenon’ for a dozen years.
This year has seen the ratings reporters awards – always impressive – rise to exceptional levels, making this
the best all-round restaurant across the board.
Husband-and-wife team Chris & Judy Bradley have created a welcoming and unpretentious atmosphere
in the airy dining room which looks over a bright courtyard.
The food has been praised for being expertly cooked and beautifully presented, the highlight being the
seven course market menu of the day, with an emphasis on locally sourced ingredients. The food is
complemented by an excellent range of reasonably-priced wines.
Now better than ever and even more notable for the sheer perfection it offers.
