How to find us

On entering Market Square drive right up to cannon in front of Castle walls turn left into Dinham. Follow walls round corner and down hill, turn 1st right just before bridge, we are 60m on left. On banks of river Teme below castle ramparts, 5 mins. walk to Market Square.

2 1/2 hours M25/M40 Junction. 1 1/4 from Birmingham. Train from Paddington, change at Newport or Hereford for Ludlow, approximately 3 1/2 hours.

Double rooms:

Suites in the main house & the ‘shed’:
£210.00 - £300.00

Double for single occupancy:

All prices are per night for 2 people sharing including cooked breakfast & 17.5% Vat.

The Old School

Per week :
£850.00 - £1275.00 (Fri.-Fri.)

3 Night weekend break:
£425.00 - £625.00 (Fri.-Mon.)

4 Night mid-week break:
£625.00 - £825.00 (Mon.-Fri.)

Prices include vat, heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, dressing gowns, toiletries + kitchen stocked with all you will need for afternoon tea, pasta supper & breakfast.

Market menu of the day

9 Courses + coffee & petits fours:
£54.00 - £62.50

We cook a ‘daily market menu’. This lets us serve only freshly prepared, prime ingredients. We check what we are planning with you & alternatives can be arranged as necessary, please let us know in advance if there are any particular dietary requirements we should allow for. The entire premises are non smoking .

Opening times

Rooms:
Open 7 days a week, occasionally closed on Mondays.

Restaurant:
Open dinner only wednesday - Sunday

Annual closures:
2 Weeks in Summer and Winter hopefully.

Payment

All major credit & debit cards accepted, except diners & amex. We even accept cash occasionally!

Reservations

Regrettably we are unable to accept booking via e-mail, due to the volume of phone requests. For weekends please book well in advance. Booking is essential for dinner. As confirmation of reservations we require credit card details.
